We’ve hit a few 70 degree days here in Cincinnati already, and the daffodils provide beautiful bursts of yellow when Copley and I go for our runs – offering the promise of springtime, even as the mornings still cover the grass with frost.
You may feel that, with the current rollercoaster in the market, that there are no promises or guarantees when it comes to your retirement, other than to put the money under your mattress!! Not true – there are guarantees out there for both monthly income, as well as interest rate returns.
I’m not saying you should pull all of your investments out of the market … what I’m saying is that you should know your options, and know that there are guarantees out there, if you’re looking for something safer.
